G Catering is a part of an exciting event scene where our employees have the opportunity to work a variety of social, corporate, music industry, and private events throughout various venues all throughout Nashville and the greater surrounding areas. We regularly cater to our celebrity clientele, high-end society events/galas, and numerous weddings with some of the top event planners in Nashville. We are proud to be the exclusive caterers at two of Nashville’s most elite wedding and event venues, as well. Event Production Lead and Event Culinary Assistants-on-site of events-evenings and weekend availability required:

·Expedite the packing of assigned event

·Coordinate with logistics packing of event trucks

Responsibilities in the Kitchen include - Roundsmen:

·Cold food production: daily production for cold food prep and final production of cold food menu items for events

·Hot food production: grill, roast and frying of all proteins, hot hors d’oeuvres, sauces, vegetables and starches.Both for pre-prep and finish items.  SEE MORE

G Catering is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work full and part time with our catering logistics team. We work directly with our sales and culinary teams to provide the finest service and product to our clients. The logistics team handles everything from packing the event, delivering and setting up, assisting at the event, to breaking down the event.  SEE MORE

The Pastry Production 1 will be responsible for pastry production for events as delegated byPastry Lead 1.

·Arrive to work on time in proper uniform

·Communicate with Pastry Chef 1 regarding pastry production for the day

·Completion of pastry food production on the daily production prep list
