BAKED HAM
Lean Virginia ham, oven baked,
with brown sugar, pineapple rings
and a hint of clove. Sweet & tender!

BREAST OF TURKEY
All white lean roast turkey breast
sliced and served with slightly seasoned
natural turkey gravy.

MACARONI & CHEESE
This homemade dish is made with premium
elbow macaroni, freshly grated cheddar cheese,
Grade-A light cream, and baked till perfection.

VEGETABLE
A medley of five fresh vegetables steamed until tender in our butter sauce.

SALAD
Fresh tossed garden salad, a combination
of five garden fresh vegetables with
your choice of dressing on the side.

BREADS
An assortment of four different
fresh baked dinner rolls or fresh baked
Italian bread & butter.

PORK ROAST
Slow roasted tender and juicy-savory
slices of boneless pork roast, served with
gravy and apple sauce on the side.

MEAT LOAF
100% beef mixed with our own special
recipe, baked and served in thick slices, with
gravy on the side makes this old fashioned
meat loaf a delicious entrée.

POTATOES
Petite sizes potatoes, slightly seasoned and oven browned, great with or without gravy.

VEGETABLE
Young and tender, steamed baby carrots
served in our butter sauce.

MILANESA DE PUERCO
Tender pork chops, lean and boneless,
breaded with traditional Mexican herbs and
spices- try it with or with out salsa... It's great!

FAJITAS DE POLLO
All white meat breast of chicken sautéed
with fresh green peppers & onions seasoned
just right with Mexican spices -served
with corn or flour tortillas.

ARROZ ESTILO MEXICANO
Extra long grain rice with a hint of tomato
and all the right seasonings makes this
delicious authentic dish a perfect
companion to these entrees.

FREJOLES REFRITOS
No south of the border meal would be
complete without Mexican refried beans.
Cooked slow with authentic Mexican spices
to retain all the flavor. This side dish
makes a great dip too.

HOMEMADE SALSA
Our homemade salsa is made just before
serving, with fresh tomatoes, onions,
cilantro, & jalapenos.

POLISH SAUSAGE
Authentic polish sausage cooked to perfection.
